Frozen Yogurt- should be prepared in professional soft ice cream machines and in small, table machines which can work on -11 C. Frozen Yogurt is creamy, fatty, with maximum overrun in the ice cream. The preparation recipe is very simple, as our powder base should be mixed with milk and water and after freezing in the machine, the result will be an intensive flavor with fine texture.
It should be served with fruit toppings with 40% of fruit pieces, adding crunch, nuts, dried fruit ...
Ice Yogurt- is prepared in granita machines, working on the regimev -2 to 16 C. It is fluid, thick and cold drink.
